About Us

Organizational Storytelling Review

OSR is the journal of the philosophy, art, and science of business and organizational storytelling. Our journal is a scholar-practitioner journal, intended to provide not only peer-reviewed publications on the advancement of storytelling methodologies for the purpose of research, but also storytelling methods that may be used in the field, for business and organizational purposes.  We also publish works on ontology, epistemology, axiology, and pedagogy of storytelling.

Practitioner Stories

OSR is interested in articles regarding practitioner accounts and practitioner storytelling methods in organizations.

Scholarly Storytelling

OSR publishes scholarly work on advancement of storytelling research methodologies, including method development and application.  

"Exception to the Rule" Storytelling

OSR publishes scholarly storytelling works that may be nontraditional or do not fit the mould of standard peer-review edits

Storytelling Methodology

OSR publishes scholarly work on conceptualization of advanced storytelling  methodologies, including novel narrative, phenomenology, grounded theory, and ethnography concepts.
